Thursday Night Comedy Drama? Here's What Really Happened! Thursday's show was a blast--great performances and a fun atmosphere! Unfortunately, Rubi and her group decided to ruin the vibe by heckling and talking throughout the entire show. Here's where it gets interesting. Yes, the server--who's also a comedian--clapped back on stage, calling Rubi a "failed abortion." Was it brutal? Sure. But here's the context: Rubi wasn't a comedian; she was the friend of someone who heckled. And in stand-up, if you interrupt, the comedians will respond--it's part of the show! For the record, the server is a hardworking and kind woman who always strives to provide top-notch service while juggling her role as a comic. Any claims against her character are complete fabrications. Bottom line: if you're at a comedy show, respect the performers and the audience. And if you heckle, don't be surprised when you get roasted. That's the art of stand-up comedy! Thanks for your time :)

Awesome experience. The comedians were hilarious and the service was on point. At some point, a belligerent drunk woman, RUBY S., began to heckle multiple comics and disturb the other attendees. Rather than stop the show, the comedians were tolerant enough to add her to the act. Rather than kick out her group, they decided to be tolerant and cease to serve her more alcohol to allow her group to continue to enjoy the show, even after disobeying the rules given. Overall, the level of professionalism shown was amazing.

This is a low budget local comedy club with a lot of grit. Thee is metered street parking and a commercial garage within a reasonable walking distance. You can purchase tickets online or at the door. I purchased my tickets at the door and it was fine. The doors open at 7:30 PM and the show starts at 8PM. There is a two drink minimum in addition to the admission. The drinks can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic. They have signature cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks to choose from. I came here ready to eat and all I was served was a big plate of disappointment. They do not have any food or snacks so plan to eat before or after the show. There is an ample amount of seating available in the club (we did not hit 50% capacity for my show) and they have a full bar as well. I will note that both unrinals in the men's restroom were out of service, which made for a long line. The building itself seems a bit dated and could use some upgrades. They had eight comedians that did 5 to 10 minute sets each during the show that I attended. The comedians definitely have some work to do on their craft. The door guy was one of the comedians that night, if that says something. It had an open mic vibe. I loved the comics' grind and effort, but they were not very funny. They do host some big name comedians on rare occasions. The staff there was very nice, helpful and friendly. They definitely enhanced my experience. The drinks were very strong and savory though. The show last about an hour and 15 minutes and was something different. I love supporting local comedy and glad that I made it here. I hope to make it here again.

Went here for a Sunday night comedy show. The tickets were only $15 a piece, but there was a drink minimum which I did not see advertised anywhere beforehand. It did make it nice that they had little battery powered candles on the table that you could switch to "on" if you wanted the server to stop by. It did seeem like there was only one server for the whole crowd so it was not the quickest service. As for the comedy show - it was meh. It was Sunday, and every comic seemed to be trying out new material. One guy didn't even have a flow, he was basically just reading thoughts off of a note card. Overall, I may not have laughed my head off, but it was a decent way to spend a Sunday evening for pretty cheap.

I attended a comedy show for comedian Sean Grant. It was a great fun time. A 2 drink minimum, so I ordered a coke and Blood Orange IPA. The service was good. The door guy, who was also the sound guy, took us to our seats and gave us the menu with instructions. It helped out. I noticed that everyone works together to provide service to everyone. The ambiance was relaxed but some people really didn't come with an open mind to a comedy show. First time here and will come back for another show.
